Mr. Cheng, Ming Bun Francis (鄭明斌)

By a Statement of Findings dated 16 September 2024, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found one complaint of misconduct against Mr. CHENG Ming Bun Francis (“Mr. Cheng”) to have been proved. Further, by a Reason for Sentence and Costs dated 8 January 2025, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia, that Mr. Cheng be suspended from practice as a barrister for three (3) months.

Mr. Chan, Siu Fung Julian (陳肇峰)

By a Decision on Liability dated 27 February 2025, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found two complaints of misconduct against Mr. Chan, Siu Fung Julian (“Mr. Chan”) to have been proven. Further, by a Decision on Sanction and Costs dated 24 June 2025, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia, that Mr. Chan be suspended from practising as a barrister for a period of 3 months for the two complaints respectively, the periods of suspension to run concurrently.

Mr. Chow Wai Hung Enzo (周偉雄)

By a Decision on Liability dated 3 April 2025, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found seven complaints of misconduct against Mr. Chow Wai Hung Enzo (“Mr. Chow”) to have been established.  Further, by Reason for Sentence and Costs dated 6 June 2025, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia, that Mr. Chow be censured in respect of Complaints 1 to 6 and be suspended from practice for a period of one month in respect of Complaint 7, commencing on 28 June 2025.

Mr. Ting, Wong Kacee (丁煌)

By Decision dated 22 August 2022, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found two complaints of misconduct against Mr TING, Wong Kacee (“Mr Ting”) to have been proved.  Further, by Decision on Sanction and Costs dated 21 April 2023, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia. that Mr Ting be censured for both Complaints.

Mr. Wong, Kwai Sang (also known as Raymond Wong K.S. and Raymond Wong) (黃桂生)

By a Decision on Liability dated 5 August 2019, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found two complaints of misconduct against Mr Wong Kwai Sang (also known as Raymond Wong K.S. and Raymond Wong) ("Mr Wong") to have been proved. By Reasons for Sentence dated 20 November 2019, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia, that Mr Wong's name be struck off the Roll of Barristers with effect from 12 December 2019.

Ms. Lim, Tin Tin Valerie (林田鈿)

By a Statement of Findings dated 29 April 2014, a Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal found two (2) complaints of professional misconduct against Ms. Lim Tin Tin Valerie (“Lim”) to have been proved. Further, by Reasons for Sentence dated 7 November 2014, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, inter alia. that Lim’s name be struck off the Roll of Barristers.
