YBC Conference 2025: The Art of Regulation

The Standing Committee on Young Barristers of the Hong Kong Bar Association is organising the YBC conference 2025 to explore the future regulation in crypto and art law, two fast evolving domains.

The information of participants registering as a trainee solicitor or young solicitor may be used for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to being transferred to the Law Society of Hong Kong.

All personal data collected by the HKBA will be kept confidential. The personal data collected will not be disclosed to third parties, other than those specified, without your prior approval, or unless required by law.

As a data subject, you have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. To request access to or updating of personal data, please write to the Director of Administration and Development at LG2, High Court, 38 Queensway, Hong Kong.

Personal data collected and stored by HKBA will be discarded six months after completion of the event, except for those who make the expression that they wish to receive information on the HKBA’s future activities through the contact methods provided above in the “future engagement” section below.
